1. Booking Deposit Policy

To reserve an event date at Sadie’s Social Complex, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.

A confirmed booking is not secured until a deposit has been received and processed. We reserve the right to release your requested date and time to another client if payment is not made.

2. No Refund Policy

All booking deposits and payments made toward services at Sadie’s Social Complex are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Venue reservations
Add-on services (e.g., bartender, décor, security)
Repast packages
Equipment rentals
Customizations or vendor add-ons

No exceptions will be made for cancellations, schedule changes, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Client Acknowledgment and Agreement

By submitting your deposit or payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You understand and accept that all deposits are non-refundable.
You agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You acknowledge that your event date is not reserved until the deposit has been received.
You agree that any cancellation, regardless of reason, will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

4. Rebooking or Rescheduling

Clients who need to reschedule may be offered an alternative date subject to availability and approval by management. A rescheduling fee may apply. Requests to reschedule must be made in writing to:

We do not guarantee that alternate dates will be available. The original deposit will be applied toward the new date if approved. No refunds will be issued if no suitable date is available.

5. Final Payment

Final payment for services is due by the specified deadline outlined in your individual booking agreement. Failure to complete full payment may result in the cancellation of your event and forfeiture of your deposit.
